What should your estrogen levels be?
Noticing symptoms like irregular periods, hot flashes, or mood swings? It's a good idea to check your hormone levels with a blood test. This way, we can better understand your current hormone status and guide you toward effective symptom management.
Keep this in mind about your Estrogen Levels.
During the premenopausal phase, your estradiol levels naturally change throughout the menstrual cycle. After menopause, these levels drop significantly and remain consistently low.
When estrogen levels are high, it can lead to symptoms such as bloating, mood swings, and breast tenderness.
You can definitely test your hormone levels at home, estrogen included. We offer at home testing to make things easy for you. Just like you deserve.
